Lily the Labradoodle is celebrating her thirteenth birthday by inviting you all to attend her party on April 22nd from noon to 4 at Lily & Company located at 520 Tarpon Bay Rd, Sanibel. Store co-owners, Karen Bell and Dan Schuyler, really know how to throw a party under the “big tent.” Dogs are welcomed to compete for best dressed awards and enjoy fresh baked “pup-cakes.” Their guardians will be treated to hot dawgs, fruit, chips, birthday cake and cold drinks courtesy of Bailey’s Catering.
Raffles are always a huge hit and consist of a variety of high end items that include a high end pendent by Lily & Co, and highly desirable items donated by fellow Sanibel businesses who attend the event. Always a favorite, are caricatures that delight guests who elect to have themselves or their pets (or both) sketched for a donation to ARC.
So mark your calendar and come out to this festive event, wish Lily a happy birthday, and support SW Florida’s largest no-kill shelter. Oh, and by all means, treat yourself to something “sparkly” at Lily & Co, voted “Best of the Islands” eight consecutive years.
