Phoebe came to ARC because of her guardian’s failing health and inability to care for her any longer. Adjusting to not being in her forever home with all her familiar surroundings was not easy, but she finally made it and is doing much better. She is still a little shy, but good with people and has lots of love to offer. Although she currently lives in the Casa Luis cottage with other FIV+ cats, she would do best as the only cat in her forever home.
