Stella came to ARC from a shelter that was out of space. She went through a lot, going from one shelter to another, but she adjusted quickly at ARC. Stella is a gentle kitty that enjoys attention and petting. She also likes spending lots of time lounging on the screened in area near the entrance.  Perched there she can watch what is going on and welcome staff, volunteers, and visitors.
