My story:

Heath Bar is a brown, black, and white Bulldog, who came to ARC from Lee.County Domestic Animal Services, as they were running out of space. He was found with a leg fracture, and after surgery, along with rehabilitation, he is back on his feet and ready to go. This guy is full of energy and loves to run, jump, and play. He enjoys belly rubs, and loves treats.

How To Adopt?

ARC is open daily from 11 AM until 4 PM, Wednesday through Sunday, for visits and adoptions. If you see a resident that you like and you have further questions, you may contact us and an ARC representative will get back to you to discuss him/her in further detail. Or, you may call (239) 731-3535 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM for more information. Please leave a message if we don't answer, and we'll do our best to return your call promptly.

The average cost of care for one resident at ARC is $1000 annually, but ANY amount goes a long way towards providing for our residents!
